Act Fibernet - How to change or downgrade your plan
Many customers of ACT Fibernet have no idea how to downgrade their plans.
I'm here to clear up any confusion -
YOU CANNOT DOWNGRADE YOUR PLAN. YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION AND MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.
I hope this has been helpful for you. If you want more information, you can try the same things I did:
Call customer care, nobody answers. When they finally do, they ask you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com, etc. You'll get an auto responder saying they'll revert in 24 hours and nothing else. You can send multiple reminders for months, and send escalation emails to firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com etc. They won't respond either.
